1. Definitions and Scope

4.2 General Bonus Rules

Each promotional offer has a specific validity period and conditions. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the relevant offer explicitly states otherwise. If bonus abuse or an attempt to artificially meet wagering requirements is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

4.3 VIP Program

The nagad88 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses; Silver members receive 0.7%; and Gold members can receive up to 1.0% cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on activity and participation on the platform.
